Full Service Wedding Design & Coordination
From engagement to your sparkler exit, this package is for the couple looking for someone to guide them through the entire process. This includes help with finding and securing the best vendors for your wedding, going to meetings with you, and advice on design. You will receive one-on-one consultations with me to go over any questions, concerns, or ideas you have, with a final meeting set within 2 weeks of the wedding. With vendors, I will assess and help you stay on track with your ideal budget. I will create a day-of timeline to ensure everything and everyone is on time and where they need to be. A timeline will be sent to all the vendors no later than a week before the wedding. This package includes coordination of up to 14 hours on the wedding day, including set up and decorating that morning and tear down at the end of the night.
Month-Of Wedding Coordination
This package is excellent for couples who have the majority of their wedding and vendors planned but need some assistance with the final details. This includes general consulting starting a month before the wedding date and answering questions about etiquette, procedures, and scheduling. I will also create a timeline for the weekend of the wedding detailing the events, starting on the rehearsal day until the bride and groom leave the reception. I will send the timeline to all the vendors no later than a week before the wedding. You will receive up to 10 hours of one-on-one consultation services, with the final session within two weeks of the wedding. I will coordinate the wedding rehearsal and provide up to 12 hours of service on the day of the wedding. This includes helping with set up and decorating, as well as coordination of the vendor deliveries and detailed direction of all the events throughout the day as well as tear down at the end of the night.

Event Design & Planning
This service is for any and all events. From Rehearsal dinners, galas, intimate gatherings, and everything in between. Daring Details is here to work with you to design, plan, and coordinate your next event! From vendor recommendations and securing them, to thoughtful ideas for event design and theme. You will receive one-on-one consultations with me throughout the planning process. As needed I will create a timeline outlining any important occasions happening that day. I will also work in partnership with vendors and event site staff for set up and decorating for the event as well as clean up and tear down at the end of the night!
